This idea has been merged into another idea. To comment or vote on this idea, please visit IDEAS-I-286 When triaging PATCHS requests it would be really helpful to have a list of common tasks on the same page which you could customise e.g. Book F2F, Book bloods.

Triaged forms show as task, not request Merged

Once forms have been triaged, It would be good to be able to see what has been triaged and tasked rather than the first line of the problem. This would save admin staff having to open every form and then find that cannot be processed as no appt etc to book.
