Save SNOMED code attached to template when bulk sending template message

At moment if you choose a template message to send in bulk, and ask to save to clinical system, PATCHs does not save the SNOMED code attached to that template - (suggested workaround to retype out the message as if it is a new one, and add the code(s)) It should automatically save the Code as well as the template message
