PATCHS Friends and Family submission data missing stats on, 'tablet/kiosk','sms/txt message', Smartphone app or online','other' collection method.
In CQRS, these fields are,
FFT009 The number of responses collected through the collection method: "Tablet/kiosk" for the month
FFT010 The number of responses collected through the collection method: "SMS/text message" for the month
FFT011 The number of responses collected through the collection method: "Smartphone app or online" for the month
FFT012 The number of responses collected through the collection method: "Other" for the month
Currently we are using MJOG and the reporting function in MJOG is recording this information, when selecting the 'export submission csv'.
