Cranford Medical Centre (E85052) | For appointment reminders, they do not like that they cannot exclude specific type of appointments e.g. telephone appointments. This is because they prefer a time period of 9 to 11am or 11 to 1pm as opposed to exact times. They would like the ability to choose and exclude specific type of appointments.
