Improve the way Patchs requests and messages are copied across into the clinical system

As a clinician when reading patients records the patches entries in system one contain irrelevant detail such as questions that the patient has skipped and also additional odd characters . It is useful to be able to copy easily into the records but not if the way it is copied hinders rather than helps easy reading of the patient record

The consultation copied into the clinical system should show at first sight a coded summary of the request that can then be expanded to view further details, discluding non-essential information such as skipped questions.
