Scheduling of individual messages

As a PATCHS staff user

I want to choose when an individual message is sent to a patient

So that the patient receives messages at the most appropriate time i.e. when the practice is open

Text messages sent outside of business hours are automatically set up to send at 8am the next day

some staff work outside of the business hours, on weekends and up to and including midnight. we do not want patients to know we work this late or be disturbed by a message. It would be helpful if, after 6.30pm or at a weekend, any message you want...
