The practice would like to have hyperlinks generated for common tasks, such as sending a questionnaire or a booking link to a patient. The practice would like these links to be displayed within the request summary, or as a button with the clinical system so the clinicians do not need to log into PATCHS.
The practice do understand that they could log into PATCHS to send questionnaires to patients, but the clinicians refuse to log into any additional platforms or change their workflow.
The practice said that there is a similar process in eConsult currently. When a request is completed and outputted into a PDF, several 'quicklinks' for common tasks are displayed at the bottom of the page. The clinicians like using these links to quickly message a patient templates or requesting details, as they do not require logging in to do so and it is a 'one-click' system.
Ideally the practice would like something similar implemented in PATCHS. Some examples given were sending a blood pressure reading or depression questionnaire.
