Option to choose initial message patients receive letting them know that we have sent a message

We have a major issue when we sent out a generic email to all our patients via the bulk messaging option. The message was just advising them about PATCHS etc. However the initial message from PATCHs states Dear **** ******** Surgery has sent you a message. Please read it ASAP. then link, the If you cannot view the message please contact ****** surgery. We are a very large surgery and were immediately inundated with calls and please attending the surgery for 2 reasons 1) the ASAP element and 2) Android phones struggled to open the link.

Can there be an option to just sent a generic message via bulk messaging without the PATCHS first section please.
