Failsafe question on the cancel link

I have had multiple patients say they have incorrectly pressed the link to cancel their appointment. When trying to rebook they have been unable to do so. As we have an ageing population would you not think it would be a good idea to have a failsafe question when pressing the link to say " are you sure you wish to cancel this appointment" therefore giving them a choice?
