Friends & Family Feedback to be publicly shown on Practice Reception Screen

We currently publish some of the Friends & Family feedback on a screen in reception. The previous Friends & Family data allowed patients to choose whether they wanted their comments used or not, thus not going against GDPR policy. Unfortunately, Patchs does not appear to have this choice so it is unknown whether the comment can be used or not. A tick box at the end of the questionnaire would be useful saying what the patient's choice would be, and that the review cannot be submitted until either yes or no is ticked.
