Overview of templates to allow editing, removal of duplicates or out of date content

I would like to see a table of the templates with title in one column and the content of the message next to it so it is easy to spot duplicates or out of date content. Over time, templates need housekeeping and checking each template individually is slow and cumbersome to recall where duplicate content may have been saved.
