Friends and Family Report

Can the reports for patient feedback FFT be changed to reflect the CQRS submissions? I have attached a screenshot of the data required for friends and family test submitted via CQRS. Also the report should show anonymised patient comments (as these need to be reviewed by the practice). All comments are currently manually extracted from the Patient GP Practice Feedback.
