Include old password field in change password form

Kensington Partnership (B83052) | Original request: When patients change their password, they would like a box for them to enter their old password, new password and confirm new password. Currently there’s no box to enter their old password.

PATCHS response: The change password form is only accessible if the user has logged in within the last five minutes. If they logged in earlier than that, the form prompts them to enter their login details again. In that way, users are already prompted for their old password when updating their password.
