Improving how apostrophes, taken from Patchs, look like in SystmOne

Apostrophes used on Patchs to be recognised correctly on SystmOne. For example, “I’m” would show as random codes in SystmOne.

Is it possible to remove the Middle name option on registering.

Is it possible to remove the Middle name option on registering - its causing A LOT of mismatching as no-one in EMIS has their middle names.
